So Kunming has been working on their new subway system for over 3 years now. They built the first line that goes out to the airport. It has been up and running since the end of June. It is working okay. The train has only derailed nice which is a great feat for something that is made IN china. The Chinese process is cheaper and faster the better for them. So they were supposed to have completed the second line on january 1st which is supposed to go from the south all the way to the north. It didn't get completed by then. Well, they are really close to the finishing it. They were even doing test runs on the track. Well, it was a huge fail.
