There goes another

So i was walking down the street the other day and i had a thought...I know...it is rare so you had better read it all.....I was thinking that there are a lot of people in China....that wasn't the profound thought....I was thinking that for how many people there are in China, i sure don't see many pregnant woman....and what do you know, every time i go out of the house i see a pregnant woman....I see pregnant woman who are not even pregnant, but there are wearing clothes that make them look like they are pregnant....Saw this guy yesterday and thought he was pregnant....i hate it when you start to notice something because of some profound random thought that just pops into your head....
well, i weighed myself for the first time since coming to China yesterday..I figured it was a good time as any as now i am off my mouth injury and back to eating more than just ice cream (i still eat it), yogurt (i still eat it), and soup (i dont eat it)....when i came to China i had to get my physical and i weighed approximately 95kg and then i stepped on the scale the other day and i am down to 84kg...you know people laughed (my uncle) when i told them i was trying to gain weight before going to China....THIS IS WHY PEOPLE!!!! I am eating 3-4 meals a day and am still losing weight....The conversion from pounds to kg is 2.2 to 1. My pants dont fit...by the way, they were brand new that my dad brought from 'merica.
We have advertisements up for the sports camps so i hope a lot of kids sign up....

Long time since the last

So it is summer and apparently that means rainy season. It has been raining for over a week. So I went out to buy an umbrella and found this great green and black umbrella and I was already to bust it out and strut my stuff down the street. So I am walking along down the road in the rain with my new umbrella. The I look up and there is a nice little design. The design was dresses. So I turn the umbrella around and there are all these little blue dresses on my nice green and black umbrella. Needless to say I need to buy a new umbrella. The other day I was talking with some people from school and the kids love me there. I am getting requests from them to stay there teacher but we change after the year is over. So I guess tough luck. I got asked by a coworker why the kids like me so much. And I just said I don't know. It is just natural for me. It is my spiritual gift. The camps are coming up so a lot of preparation for me. But I am getting more and more excited everyday. I caught a guy with his hand in my bag on the bus today. So his partner came over and decided to put his hand in my bag. It was not sly at all. It was pretty hilarious how bad they were.

So I had a good week with Kevin. We talked a lot about the camps and the character clubs. We also met with the manager of Odies to talk about what roll they are going to take in the camps because they have decided to sponsor our camps. Which we need a sponsor because we have money transactions. During the talks, he said that parents have come up to him and asked him about character education because the upper class parents want their kids to be able to go aboard and they know that their kids are not ready for life outside of China with out some kind of education or character education.
So we didn’t have water last week and this week we have had tons of trouble with the internet. And then on Sunday we are not going to have any electricity in the morning and afternoon.  I guess that they are getting ready for the summer.
Speaking of Summer, people here has always talked about the monsoon season being in the summer. And it has been raining everyday here, but not to the point of flooding the area. I got caught in pour the other day without my umbrella so I decide to start taking my umbrella everywhere with me. Well, that lasted one day and now I have forgot it everyday.
For those who know what Eurocup is, it starts next week and O’Reilly’s is going to be showing ever game. So for most night’s midnight-5am I will be watching Eurocup games. It is going to be big. Luckily, EuroCup only last a month. Our semester is winding down now. So I will have a week off of Odies, but not the Korean School.

Positive note: I was able to eat my first bacon cheeseburger today!!!!!
