Guo er fu

so i went out with some of my friends out to the driving range to hit some golf balls. It was awesome. It was just like riding a bike. The first ten or so were horrible, but after that it was like I hadn't missed a beat. The one problem was that the guy who was supposed to bring his clubs decided against it.so we had to rent clubs. The only clubs they had for rent was a pitching, 6, 7, and 8. And they were kind of old clubs. I didn't like the grip on the numbered clubs. I felt like I was going to accidentally "throw" the clubs onto the range. It was a good time either way. And it was free.....

So i was talking with my father last night and he mentioned that people are asking about when i am going to be back in the states.
My contract is up at the end of september. So i can not leave until the end of september....Mu plan is to leave sometime around the last week of september and go to LA to visit relatives and start to get on the States side sleeping schedule....and it doesnt hurt that they are close to the beach......After a couple of days (of laying in the sun) i will head to Richmond, IN which will be the first week of October....
I will be eating at Buffalo Wild Wings (4x), Chipotle (Lunch Every day) El Rodeo, Steak n Shake, Olive Garden, Jimmy Johns, Subway, IHOP (Breakfast everyday) and of course, White Castle (1x)....and then Lia  S. is going to make me her awesome homemade toquitos....anybodys mouth watering?

internet in China.....UGH!!!!

we have been having tons of trouble with out internet at the house. and if the internet it working, then for some reason the vpn is having trouble....I know that China has been doing some changes with the internet firewall so that is the main reason for the trouble with the vpn.
Anywho!!! So Kunming has been constructing a subway system and there is a VIP member of the communist party who is coming to town in the next couple of days to examine the city. So there has been a frantic haste to clean up the city....All though the roads are still in horrible shape. And there is also a new petroleum plant going to be constructed in Anning which is close to Kunming and tons of people are not in favor of this plant as they think that it will cause tons of pollution in the "Spring City". So there have been scheduled protest happenings around the city. And i get text and emails from my schools management not to go otherwise i will be arrested on site. The biggest problem is that i dont know when or where these protest are. The other side of the story is that the plant wont really effect Kunming at all as the winds from Anning blow away from Kunming.
So there are not many photos of the xiamen rugby match because there wasnt a photographer like at the other matches. We are playing an inter-squad game this saturday....I have also started playing tennis once a week because one of my french friends has been watching the french open and he really wants to play.
We are at the end of our term before we start the summer session. I feel sorry for the kids as they have to go to school all summer also...
